Sunspots are up! Is it time to try some DX?

The straight Key Century Club is holding it's DX-Travaganza event this
coming week end--Dec 19 and 20 UTC. This club, almost four years old
now, has over 6,100 members (membership is free). It is a good
group--lots of relaxed events and rag chewing. Founded by Tom KC9ECI in
Galesville and a couple of ham radio "acquaintances".

This "newish" annual DX event of the club is a good chance to just plain
have some fun. It is a contest, but relaxed at the same time. The fun
is just trying to make contacts--and in this case, DX contacts at that.
The DX members want to have the opportunity to QSO with you--Walt in
Argentina, Bob in Italy, Oscar in Mexico, Phil in AK, John in New
Zealand, John in the UK, and others....

If you can do five words a minute (or less--or more), this will be fun
for you. Give it a try. See the club main website at SKCC

73,
Len
