A special thanks to Jim KB0THN for last week's program regarding 
powering his home "off the grid".  Lots of interesting photos, stories, 
and lessons learned.  Fun program!  Thanks again, Jim.

There was not a quorum at the meeting for conducting official business 
of the club, so elections were not completed.  The Executive Board will 
act to appoint interested people to vacant positions until there is a 
quorum to formalize the filling of the slots.  There was a full slate of 
nominations.

The board and a few others are also continuing to work on revisions to 
the club constitution and by-laws.  One of the most significant items 
under discussion is how to structure the quorum to ease the difficulties 
encountered in conducting official business at regular club meetings in 
the past several years.  Anyone with ideas on this issue is welcome to 
pass them along to the group working on the revisions--Len KC0RSX, Clare 
K0NY, Les K0BAD, and Ken N0JP.  An e-mail or phone call would be 
appreciated.
