[WARC] Nice Net Tonight

Very good WEPnet tonight.  I really liked the information about 
Thursday's club program.  Learning how to make a compact 160 meter 
antenna sounds like something I can put to good use.

The feedback from January's Winona County Emergency Management meeting 
was good information also.  It helps to know what is going on around us 
so that if (and when) a need arises, we hams are up to speed on "current 
events".
