[WARC] Antennas

Absolutely no idea as I live in Wabasha County BUT....did go
through a lot of research here with putting up my 150 foot
tower (in an "antenna-free zone" no less) so have some
recent experience with dealing with what (in Wabasha Co.)
does not need a permit and how PRB comes in.  A "precedent"
helps anywhere if  a jurisdiction does not HAVE specific
rules.  e.g. in Wabasha the rules for "incidental
structures" such as a tower attached to your house were
interpreted at my request as not needing a permit if 50 feet
or less tall and 18" on a face or less.  Feel free to ask if
