  Good evening,

Made several new posts to http://www.kc9bqa.com today.

   1) The 2 meter SSB and FM nets are *ON* as usual.
   2) I promote the VHF/UHF club I belong to, the Badger
Contesters. Almost everyone in the La Crosse and Winona
areas is within BC territory, and we'd love to have you join.
Please read the website post for full details.
   3) I promote the upcoming CQ WW VHF Contest. 6 and 2
meters only -- July 18-19th. In some ways, I consider this the
most fun V/UHF contest there is, plus it tends to be pretty friendly
to the more modest stations, or the newer contester.
See if you can personally encourage someone you know
who has 6 and/or 2 meters to get on the air and give this one a try!

Anyone who has plans to try a rover operation, this is your
contest. Only 2 bands to worry about, and the best weather of
the year. Plus the real possibility of having a good opening on
6 meters. If you do end up trying a rove, PLEASE announce
your plans as much as possible, so other rovers and fixed
stations will know to look your way.

If you have 5-10 minutes, please visit the website and get fired
up about the July CQ WW VHF Contest.
