[WARC] CQ WW VHF Contest report from EN63

    I made a couple of posts to http://www.kc9bqa.com last night and
they're still on top of the first page.
    Nationally and regionally, I'm seeing a lot of contest reports about
flat conditions, poor propagation, etc.   Well the prop was pretty poor,
but at least in/near SE WI, there was a ton of activity, and lots of new
ones on the SSB side.  Saturday was very busy, but made plenty of Q's
on Sunday, too.  As always, the rovers helped a great deal.
