Hello Steve,
Here are two additional items:
- Power strips (2 each)
- Coax - RG213 , 50-75 feet; RG8, 50 ft.
We may not use the auger anchors (too massive) but let's take them =
anyhow--just to let people see what they look like. Also, we may skip =
the tower base (plate) and just put the tower on the ground. It won't =
move once the legs dig in. The "up-time" will be short for the tower. =
but let's take it anyhow. I have the bolts and will make some =
stand-offs for the window wire portion of the antenna. And I have the =
antenna now.
I can help Friday afternoon and will meet you at WKM at 3:30.
Yes, if we can get the tower sections (3) and mast section, that would =
be good also. They are at Clare's house--leaning against the big tree =
to the right of his driveway. Tower sections are ten feet long and =
weigh about 20-25 pounds (?) each. I can help with these also. Do you =
have some tie-downs...or sideboards on the trailer?
Thanks for all your help, Steve.
I was at the sheriff's media briefing today at his suggestion and made a =
pitch for the media to show up at the Sportsmen's Club on mid-day =
Saturday. The sheriff confirmed that he will have the trailer up and =
ready by 10:00 AM.
I also sent letters today to newish local hams inviting them to the site =
on Saturday. No phone calls though...yet. Attached is the spreadsheet =
used for the mailing. Could you look up phone numbers????
Sincerely,
Len
