[WARC] New Ham Radio Operators!

Thanks to Dick N0VV and the other VEs who helped with the license 
testing session on Monday, we have seven new hams in the area:

Students from the WARC-sponsored Technician License Class Course --
Kyle Marek-Spartz - KD0GTK (Technician)
Jeff Peterson - KD0GTL (Technician)
John Grote - KD0GTM (General)
David Waibel - KD0GTO (General)

There were also some walk-ins who obtained their initial license --
Garrett Vrieze - KD0GTI (Technician)  (Millville, MN)
Kevin Adler - KD0GTJ (Technician) (Rochester, MN)
John Kowalik - KD0GTN (General)

There were also a number of upgrades accomplished at the test session.
