[WARC] Wisconsin QSO Birthday Party

OK, so it's really just the Wisconsin QSO Party, but today just happens 
to be my Birthday, so look for me on 40 and 80M's, give me a point and 
wish me a happy Birthday.  I'm abandoning my traditional QRP power 
levess this year and will run the full 100 watts.
