[WARC] Burghardt's

That's been making the rounds.  I find it a bit suspicious that there's 
been no mention of this on the front page of QRZ, nor eHam, nor the 
ARRL.  Even Burghardt's website makes no mention of it.  Sad if it's 
true.  Hopefully it isn't.
