[WARC] Gary Kohner N0OWS - SK

Somewhere on a frequency that is not yet on any of our spectrum allocations
regardless of our license class, there's a lively ragchew in progress, and
Gary has logged in.

He will have a lot of catching up to do with George Boller, Pete Petersen,
and so many more of our friends who called WARC "home" but who are now on
the "high bands".
