Clare,
I agree. The interesting part of this to me is the fact that said it
would be in violation even if the person was on their own time.

This is a slippery slope. I am not opposed to propose rule change but
Caaelberry was in violation of the existing rules. If you
notice when you go into AES or Ham Radio Outlet where they have
stations, the sales staff never helps you in the operation of the
demo equipment. That is how it should be. We definately do not want
businesses on our frequencies.
