[WARC] WARC Constitution and By-Laws Proposed Revisions

Hello all,

Please review the proposed revisions to the WARC Constitution and 
By-Laws on the W0NE website and please submit your suggested 
modifications to K0BAD this coming week--by March 11--so that your ideas 
about improvements to the Constitution and By-Laws can be incorporated 
into the final product.

Please mark your calendar for the _March 18_ club meeting for final 
action on the proposed revisions.   This is an important modification to 
the approach to management of the business of the club, so please plan 
to be at the meeting to insure there is a quorum to act on the proposed 
changes.  Bring your spouses if they are members also.  Thanks.
