You asked for an opinion...here goes...
Cut a dipole for the exact frequency center that you will probably use
on 15. Forget the balun, forget the choke, just put a piece of decent
coax on it and Bob's your uncle! (You might have to clip it a little
after you see where it centers from you calculation. Oh, and it is
always easier to shorten an antenna from the center rather than from the
two ends because most of us cannot get it taut enough to make that
impossible anyway.)
I'm currently using a "revised" Carolina Windom with the choke down 10
ft from the feed point - and balun at feedpoint. I like this antenna a
lot. It wants to be about 20 to 30 ft up at the apex. The difference
in resonance points with and without the choke is quite amazing.
