[WARC] WARC March Program Next Thursday, March 18th - CORRECTED DATE - 18th

Hello all,

Just a reminder that the March monthly program of the WARC is next 
Thursday, March 18.  This is an important meeting because, in addition 
to a great program (see below), the revisions to the Constitution and 
By-Laws will be voted upon.  PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND.  Also, for those 
with family memberships, PLEASE TRY TO HAVE ALL FAMILY MEMBERS PRESENT 
as each individual has a vote and counts towards ensuring that a quorum 
is present.

The program also will be very interesting:  Dan Waseen (KC0RKM) will 
present "Viewing Modulation using Matlab Simulation." Visualizing what a 
modulated signals look like in the time domain can be a non-trivial 
exercise. Watching the modulated output on an oscilloscope can be 
frustrating. Simulating an actual circuit with respect to looking at 
that output in the time domain can be very time consuming. Dan will be 
presenting how audio signals alter a carrier to create the output 
signal, using mathematical simulation software, which can show the 
results instantly.
