[WARC] WARC Has a New Constitution and By-Laws

Hello all,

I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the adoption of the 
revised WARC constitution and by-laws this evening.  All votes taken 
through the approval process were unanimous!  Thanks again for making a 
special effort to be at the meeting, for submitting proxy designations, 
and for your overall interest and support.

A special thanks to the team who worked on the revisions--which were 
extensive and structural in nature:  Les K0BAD, Clare K0NY, and Ken 
N0JP.  They put a lot of thought, effort, discussion, disagreement, 
negotiating, and time into the work which resulted in the adopted 
documents.  Your work on behalf of the club is truly appreciated.

Now...on to having some FUN with our radio hobby....  FOX HUNT!!!!  
SATURDAY MORNING, MARCH 27.  After breakfast at McDonalds West.  More

find that little gal/guy....
