Hi Lance, Les, Clare, Ken & Dick,

Thanks for all your help in getting the revised constitution and by-laws  adopted last night.  It is very much appreciated.

Now,...we need to roll up our sleeves and get to work.  There will be  some added effort as we work through the new documents for the first  time and get operating practices established.

First, let's work on setting up regular executive board meetings.  I am  thinking monthly--at least at the beginning.  Would the first Saturday  of the month after breakfast work OK?  Please let me know.  We are  obligated to publicize to members the dates, times, and locations of  executive board meetings.

If the first Saturday morning flies, the first meeting would be April  3.  The main item on the agenda might be committee assignments.  There  are a couple of other incidental items to cover also, but the main item  as I see it right now is getting the committees up and running.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW BY THIS SUNDAY IF:
1) THE FIRST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH FOR REGULAR MEETINGS WILL WORK FOR  YOU AS A RULE, AND
2)  IF APRIL 3 SPECIFICALLY WORKS FOR YOU.

If the first Saturday is a particular problem, please suggest a couple  other days which might work better for regular meetings.  Monday  evenings are OK for me.
