passed away early this morning at the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName
w:st="on">Winona</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Hospital</st1:PlaceName></st1:place>.

President in the mid-1990s. He started the Saturday morning breakfasts, the
"CQ Coffee," the Friday night dinners as well as encouraging member
participation in Emergency Management activities. During his time of activity,
club membership climbed into the 90s. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'><o:p> </o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on"><font size=2

shot down on some of his proposals, but because of him, a great deal was
accomplished.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
